An intensive course 'making a Dress' in 6 hours.
A creative class teaching you transferable skills. On this course you will learn skills to enable you to upcycle other clothing at home. As well as covering functions of the sewing machine and recycling techniques, you will learn how to make a deconstructed Dress from recycled materials with techniques creating pockets, lengthening garments, seams, finishing techniques, customising, hemming, tailoring and darts. This unique opportunity for beginners gives you the opportunity to refresh your current wardrobe for the summer season. To reduce clothing going into landfill. Leave with your very own recycled Dress in 6 hours. Also includes basic sewing techniques, threading / tensioning sewing machines and more.
